CondoTek is proud to announce our newest enhancement; Title Delivery. Through our portal our lender clients can now not only place their CondoPak and Condo Project warrant order but also add a title order at the click of a button.

CondoTek has added three national title providers that are committed to providing CondoTek clients with the industry’s fastest and highest quality title services! Our platform now allows you to choose one of these three title providers from a drop-down menu and your title order will be placed utilizing the information used to complete your CondoPak and CPW order. You’ll immediately receive a confirmation email and point of contact and will typically receive your title report in 10-days or less.
