Asher Kahn

Chief Executive Officer

Asher Kahn is Co-Founder and CEO of CondoTek. As the CEO, Asher is responsible for running all facets of the business. Asher has a proven executive management track record and over 20 years of experience in growing and operating real estate related companies.

Asher founded CondoTek in 2014 with current CTO of CondoTek (and his brother) Joshua Kahn. Asher’s leadership and vision have grown CondoTek into a scaled, multi product company and the premier resource for Lenders providing condo loans.

Joshua Kahn

Chief Technology Officer

Joshua Kahn is Principal and Co-Founder of CondoTek. He leads the company’s technology and has built the technology and infrastructure that powers CondoTek’s growth. He also manages day-to-day operations.

He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University.

Orest Tomaselli

President Project Review

Orest Tomaselli, President of Project Review at CondoTek and CEO of Strategic Inspections, is a leading authority on project approval, reserve study policy, and agency compliance. He advises industry stakeholders on lending standards established by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and major banks.

He has helped deliver more than 10,000 compliant review studies nationwide and oversees more than 1,500 monthly condo and co-op compliance reviews across more than 110,000 properties.

Dan Cerulo

Vice President of Compliance and Risk Policy

Dan Cerulo, VP of Compliance and Risk Policy has over 15 years of experience with unit-financing compliance on thousands of nationwide condominium and cooperative developments, ranging from small boutique projects to sprawling mixed-use developments.

Tiffany Graves

Director of Fulfillment

Tiffany Graves is a mortgage operations executive with more than 28 years of experience leading fulfillment, underwriting, and operational strategy. As Director of Fulfillment at CondoTek, she is committed to delivering efficient, high-quality solutions that support lenders and their customers.

Lisa Geloso

Director of Customer Success

Lisa Geloso is a customer-focused executive with more than 20 years of experience leading operations, customer success, and client engagement. She oversees customer success strategy and client experience programs to strengthen customer retention and enhance operational excellence.

Michelle Smiley

Auditing Director

Michelle Smiley leads the CondoPak™ auditing operations team and oversees the delivery of comprehensive project reviews for lenders nationwide. With a strong background in mortgage compliance and operational leadership, Michelle plays a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to evolving industry guidelines.

Shawane Murchison

Quality Control/CondoPak ReOpen Director

Shawane Murchison oversees department operations, team performance, and quality initiatives. She specializes in operational excellence, process optimization, employee development, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance workflow efficiency and deliver exceptional service.

Angela Howard

Director of Review

Angela has over a decade of experience in condominium and cooperative project eligibility and has become a trusted resource for agency compliance and complex project reviews. She is dedicated to strengthening review operations through standardized training and a focus on quality and consistency.

Yik Cheung

Controller

Yik serves as the Controller at CondoTek where he oversees the company’s accounting and HR operations as well as overall projections and financial planning. Through 7 years of accounting experience, he has built a strong foundation in accounting and financial management.

Gary Puterman

Advisor

Gary Puterman is an advisor to the Leadership Team with more than 35 years of experience founding, building, and scaling businesses across a diverse range of industries.

He brings extensive expertise in sales, marketing, operations, finance, and company culture, providing practical insight to help drive growth and business success.
